Return to a REISS or Next Store
The quickest way to get your refund is to return your item(s) to any REISS or Next store. You can find your nearest REISS store HERE and you can find your nearest Next store HERE
You do not need a returns label, and it’s completely free.
Prefer to Return via EVRi Courier, ParcelShop or Locker?
It is easy to set up your return online. Just click HERE to get started and follow these simple steps:
- Enter REISS Ltd as the retailer’s name and select ‘Return a Parcel’
- Fill in your surname, email address, and the reason for return
- Tick the Terms & Conditions box, then click ‘Continue’
- Choose your preferred return method and follow the on-screen instructions
You will receive an email from EVRi with your returns label attached.
Attach the returns label to the outside of your parcel
Please note:
For Courier or Locker returns you will need to print your label at home
If you have opted for a ParcelShop return, you can print the label in-store using the QR code in your email
If you do need a replacement returns label, you can create one HERE
